C4 - Contact Modalities Cultural Exchange Project Between People and ETs, Includes Contact Modalities In objective #3 we did go into contact modalities and now we're going to talk about what do we mean by cultural exchanges? And people might say, well, before we have the total disclosure, ET contact, how are we doing cultural exchanges, and we would say lots of people are already doing this. Lots of people are already doing this in groups. So this is not a new concept. But the intentionality is to bring this modality to more humans, normalize it for people, a lot of people view this as being fringe or delusional or fantastic in a way that cannot be believed. So this objective is to create that group of people, that cadre of people who are going to have the skills, in order to do cultural exchange. But what we first have to do is help lots and lots of people understand that this is both essential and normal, very normal. So how are we going to do contact until we have ETs coming down? This is probably going to be done through meditation. Meditation for contact purposes, meditation as a contact modality. So these are the journeys and Dean Brian described how when he was initially working with Eric Huysmans as our friend and teacher, and also with Betelgeuse and the channel that one of the primary tools that we used in those sessions were journeys, we would set an intention. Sometimes it was to gain clarity about what the objectives of University Galacticus are. And all of these are contacts being made with a higher vibrational being; a non physical being. So, as you are reading this now, you are participating passively, but you are participating in contact, working with a nonphysical being. So it's not that weird. It isn't because you're sitting here watching it and experiencing it right now. When we speak about cultural exchanges, in the context of University Galacticus, it's going to be these group meditations or group classes where a facilitator will be this particular channel or Brian other guest lecturers. Other people doing this kind of work are going to be guests of University Galacticus and perhaps call in different energies, conduct what we were calling meditation, but let's say contact with these, either physical beings that we cannot meet in the same room, but we're going to meet via higher dimensions through the modality of meditation, channeling, or it's going to be contacting those nonphysical entities in the higher realms where they do not have physical bodies- seventh, eighth dimension, for example, and higher. So, it's really exciting to know that we don't have a road-map, we don't have a GPS, that's going to point on Google Maps to exactly where we're going and who we're meeting. We're starting to map these things out through our explorations through our contact. And the more contact we do, the better we get at it. So practice makes perfect. We mentioned this before in terms of channeling, practicing for cultural exchange, makes people better at it, expands their mind makes them more willing to have a tolerance for ambiguity for the unfamiliar and to not have the reflex action of fear when it comes to encountering the unknown. Everyone in ufology should accept uncertainty. If our own cultural ambassadors are getting scared, then that means we need to work more to diffuse and denature that fear and desensitize even the people we're training because their ultimate task is going to be the ones holding the Safe Space zone of non-fear. The ultimate full disclosure contact with alien intelligences and non human consciousnesses is going to come to this plan. So that's what we mean by cultural exchange. Many of these exchanges, these exercises, students can do and Dean Brian has been a part of this on his channel and other channels. We can ask for permission to make those available examples of cultural exchange programs on starships, as examples for people to see experiences between lots of different kinds of entities working towards communication with humans or working to solve problems.
